Julliette: i think that scene was more of the song reminding her of Rachel. even if she was just wanting to go home, i think that tatoo on her back really meant that she’s one of them now. i think somebody already mentioned that on the One of Us thread (sorry if i stole ur idea).

YOu are right about the Tailie children and I’m not sure if we’ve seen the two kids that were abducted from the Beach camp, the brother and sister I think.

4)Regardless of technicalities, doesn’t the fact that someone parachuted in, ON PURPOSE, mean that the multiple dimensions and or purgetory stuff is off the table?

It seems to be the ONE thing lately that has pulled everything back to there needing to be a reasonably conventional explanation to it all.

If she was sent by Penny and there is a connection between Hanso/Widmore/Paik, then it it remains possible that Penny herself had no idea how the island worked. She may have bits of information that she has subsquently pieced together to get an idea of a location but not neccesarily a how to guide for getting on the island which would explain why Naomi crashed. If a genuine wormhole of sorts exists as the entrance to the island, then with the right information and timing, one could manipulate it to send you in intentionally. Ben brought people to the island intentionally (i.e. Juliet) so it stands to reason that with the right tools, someone else could too. It doesn’t discount parallel universe, but it certainly discounts purgatory (so does the fact that both D&C discredited the theory).

2) did libby, boone, & kate’s cop guy take longer to die since jack interfered with the island?

3) if jack had left them (libby, boone, & kate’s cop) alone would they still be alive?
